With the plans for the federal gov’t to relocate 15,000 US Marines to Guam from Okinawa over the next 5-7 years, Guam is going to be ripe for more US businesses to set up shop and capitalize on all the potential business. As a US territory, we enjoy many US based businesses already, including KMart, Hard Rock Cafe, TGI Fridays and more. Plans include a Home Depot to open later this year as well as a Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant. I am interested in working for any other major company that would like to consider Guam as their next overseas venture. I am a strong planner, manager, communicator, and have very strong organizational skills. Currently I work as an executive director and am looking for better opportunities. I live on Guam and can’t seem to find a way to find companies who are recruiting employees to assist them in opening a location here. Can anyone help me with this? I am sure there are potential businesses out there that would love to consider Guam for more profits.
